Paper Pumpkin Alternates June 2020

So many alternates for this month's Paper Pumpkin!

I was so inspired by this kit's colors and theme - I just kept going and going.  Who doesn't love a Box of Sunshine?  I love the colors and the bold, bright die cuts.  The stamp set as always is a great value and so fun to add to all sorts of projects.  I'm going to keep it close at hand.  Who wouldn't want to receive a card that says "Smile, you are loved"?  I hope you enjoy my alternates.  Construction is fairly straightforward, I've popped up various elements on Stampin Dimensionals, and where applicable I will note additional suplies and/or techniques.  There's a handy shopping list below the projects.  I sell everything I used to make these cards, and I'd love to earn your business!

Soft Seafoam cardstock and ink.  Basic gold sequins from a past Paper Pumpkin kit.  The great thing about PP is that there are always extras!

This is a Pear Pizzazz card base.  I've embossed a 3 3/4" x 5" Basic Black card front with our new Tasteful Textile 3D embossing folder.  I colored Whisper White Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon with a Dark Daffodil Delight Stampin' Blends Marker.  I die cut the black pineapple with a die from the In the Tropics die cuts, then I painted it with Wink of Stella and adhered it directly to the black card front.

This is a Pumpkin Pie card base with a 3 3/4" x 5" card front in So Saffron.  I again embossed the card front with the same embossing folder (my new favorite).  Same great ribbon too, this time I colored it with a Dark Pumpkin Pie Stampin' Blends marker.  These beautiful Poppy Parade sequins were extras from the current kit.

This is a Calypso Coral card base and 4" x 5 1/4" card front, again embossed.  The ribbon is leftover form the current Gorgeous Posies kit, as are the other elements.

I brayered a few backgrounds onto the provided card bases.  This one is the provided design and I brayered the base with Poppy Parade.

This one is brayered with Pear Pizzazz.

This one is a little wild, but I like how it turned out.  I used reinkers and a blending brush to create rays in Poppy Parade and Crushed Curry.

More extras!  This is a Poppy Parade card base and a 3 3/4" x 5" Crushed Curry card front.  I stamped the sentiment in Poppy Parade and the suns in Crushed Curry.  I used that same ribbon, this time colored with a Dark Basic Black Stampin' Blends marker.

All that and I still have EXTRA elements for more projects!  Not to mention the great box that I'll be using to make a Box of Sunshine for someone special.

Thanks for visiting The Stamping Zoo.  Please come back again soon!
